4Account Registration and Management

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ace76 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different mobile numbers, names, or payment details — are considered duplicate accounts and are a breach of these Terms. The following rules apply to all ace76 accounts:

• Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances are subject to a monthly inactivity fee after a written notice period of 30 days, as permitted by applicable law.

ace76 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe the account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

ace76 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All account transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

6Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace76 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ace76 platform. Specific limitations include:

• ace76 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, network outages, or server downtime — whether caused by ace76's own infrastructure, third-party providers, or circumstances beyond ace76's reasonable control.

11Account Suspension and Termination

ace76 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to underage gambling, duplicate account creation, bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, use of prohibited software, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so, or provision of fraudulent, altered, or unverifiable identity documents during the KYC process.
• Receipt of a chargeback request from your payment provider. ace76 treats chargebacks as a serious breach of these Terms. Accounts subject to chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation and any outstanding withdrawals will be withheld until the matter is resolved.
• At ace76's discretion for any reason not otherwise listed, where ace76 reasonably believes that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, the security of other players, or ace76's compliance obligations.

12Amendments to These Terms

ace76 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication on ace76.club.

Your continued use of ace76 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
